Cooking Classes

Learn healthy alternatives to mouth watering meals without feeling deprived. Health supportive private cooking lessons taught by-Chef Owner Jennifer Asfar. Call for directions. Classes are limited to 8 people for a more intimate experience. All adult classes are $85. Lunch and Dinner will be provided from the meals that we cook. All food used is of highest quality.

Have your children ever wanted to learn to cook? Now they can with a professional Healthy chef. They will learn the basics and be able to put a meal together for themselves and for you. Lunch will be provided from the meals that they create. All food used is mostly organic and of highest quality.

There are 4 sessions, all from 10am to 1pm:
July 21th & 23rd and August 10th & 13th

Kids Tween Cooking Camp ages 9-14

One session - $50
Choose 3 sessions - $120
Choose 4 sessions - $150

Session 1: July 21st

  • Chicken nuggets
  • Honey mustard sauce
  • Sweet potato fries
  • Corn muffins
  • Smoothies

Session 2: July 23rd

  • Grilled chicken and cheese quesadillas
  • Homemade guacamole
  • Homemade tortilla chips 
  • Mango salsa 
  • Pina colada smoothie

Session 3: August 11th

  • Breakfast for Dinner French toast 
  • Bananas, walnuts and drizzled maple syrup 
  • Mini quiches
  • Fresh fruit compote.

Session 4: August 13th

  • Chocolate fest chocolate making class
  • Dipped strawberries and bananas 
  • Chocolate dipped pretzels
  • Chocolate shake

Individual Personal Culinary Instruction


  • Food Shopping (food will be brought to your home for your individualized instruction)
  • 2 hour class in the privacy of your own home
  • Preparation of meal including cooking & cutting techniques
  • Beginner -Advanced level cooking
  • Freshest Ingredients
  • Cooking Lessons can include learning Vegan,Vegetarian,Juicing or just learning how to use health supportive substitutes, life style changes and weight loss.
  • Discount class packages available

Does not Include:

  • Clean-up
  • The cost of the grocery bill

Group Cooking Class
(4 person minimum)

This class is designed with the individualized group in mind. I will:

  • contact you regarding menu options
  • Make a complete Luncheon or Dinner with your input that you can enjoy amongst the people in your group
  • Teach you cooking techniques

This can be a hands on class or it can be visual while you sit back and relax and watch me cook

  • Classes take place in your home
  • 2 hour class
